Main responsibilities of the role
💗Finding the best possible Gubbe helper match to our customers
💗Doing recruitment activities to find great helper candidates
💗Mapping the needs of the customer
💗Account management of customer relationships
💗B2C sales - lead calling, service agreements
💗Ensuring that Gubbe helpers are onboarded to meet the customer needs and comfortable to take the first visit
💗Building long-lasting relationships and maintaining the high NPS of Gubbe helpers and customers – excellent Gubbe experience!
What does the daily work of a Service Manager look like?
💗Communicating via different channels such as phone, chat, email - being the link between customers and Gubbe helpers
💗Informing, onboarding and coaching Gubbe helpers to match clients’ needs (including special onboarding to different functional capacities of the customers)
💗Taking care of one’s ownership areas: participating to meetings, reporting, delegating tasks, developing ways of working and informing stakeholders
💗Working with CRM and ERP systems to keep track of the accounts
What are we looking for?
💗Education requirements: Background in health or social care or elderly care. Ie. Practical Nurse, Nurse or other health care professional or other
💗Finnish and Swedish as a working language, English as a company language.
💗Self-driven, capability to take things further independently
💗Ear for hearing the needs and wishes of the customer - great people skills!
💗Ability to solve problems and seek better solutions for all parties involved - you bring solutions rather than problems
💗Sales-oriented mindset & team-player
💗Proactive, energetic and positive attitude
💗Handling multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus
